Refund policy

We are committed to making sure our customers are satisfied with their orders.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you are free to return the item within 30 days. The item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.  Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you the amount of your purchase.

If you have received the wrong item, please email us at info@joiasbybri.com within 24 hours of your delivery date. In your email, please include your order number as well as clear photos of the received item.

We are not responsible for order damages caused by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for orders placed by the customer with an incorrect address.
